International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) is seeking an Insurance Development Executive to build strong, trusted client relationships across diverse sectors, designing tailored insurance and risk solutions.

You will meet prospective clients, conduct reviews, liaise with insurers, and expand portfolios through cross-selling, while staying compliant with FCA rules and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance broking and risk management.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and insurance market trends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their business, risks, and insurance requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance and risk reviews to identify exposures and protection needs.
• Gather and present risk information to support broking and placement processes.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain competitive quotations and solutions.
• Present and sell insurance programmes and risk management solutions to secure new business.
• Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios through cross-selling and additional covers.
• Generate new business opportunities in line with company objectives and targets.
• Maintain client communications, meetings, reports, and timely follow-ups.
