EXL is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for Insurance Data, Analytics & AI in London. The role leads growth, owns new business pursuits, and builds senior client relationships across carriers and brokers.

You will guide data, analytics, and AI programmes, shape solutions for underwriting, pricing, and claims, and manage delivery quality with cross-functional teams. Hybrid London-based role with permanent employment.

Qualificações

• 12-18 years of experience in consulting, technology services, or analytics supplier environments.
• Proven track record in business development, account growth, and large programme delivery.
• Strong experience with insurance clients in the UK market (General Insurance, London market, specialty, or Life).
• Hands-on experience in Data, Analytics, and AI, with a track record of delivering or selling AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in a regulated enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and their application in analytics and AI (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of the insurance value chain: policy and claims data, underwriting and pricing processes, distribution, and digital operations.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of responsible AI, model risk management, and AI regulation.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms and data standards (Guidewire, Duck Creek, ACORD).
• Experience building industry accelerators, reusable assets, or go-to-market propositions.
• Relevant degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CII) is a plus.
