Qualifications

• 6-10 years' experience in consulting, professional services or technology services, managing strategic relationships with Tier 1 insurance clients.
• Strong Commercial & Specialty Insurance domain expertise across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Specialty, London Market and/or Life Insurance.
• Proven experience managing and growing enterprise client accounts with responsibility for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in solution selling, consultative engagement and shaping complex data and analytics transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of insurance data, underwriting, claims, pricing, actuarial and operational processes.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud and AI solutions within the insurance sector.
• Commercially astute with experience supporting proposals, commercial negotiations and account planning.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior client leaders and C-suite executives.
• Experience leading global and cross-functional delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Strong communication, presentation and consulting skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience developing strategic account plans and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
• A collaborative leadership style with excellent coaching, mentoring and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Leadership: Own and grow a portfolio of Commercial & Specialty Insurance clients, developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Business Development & Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell and new solution offerings.
• Client Solutioning: Design and present innovative data, analytics, AI and cloud-based solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Engagement Delivery: Lead multidisciplinary, global delivery teams across insurance functions to deliver analytics and data transformation programmes.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with C-suite executives to position EXL as a strategic partner.
• Analytics & AI Leadership: Shape scalable analytics and cloud/Generative AI solutions with architects and data scientists.
• Commercial Management: Develop account strategies, manage performance, assist in proposals and SOWs, support negotiations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing and Customer Success for seamless client experience.
• Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership: Track market trends and represent EXL at events to strengthen market presence.
