Job summary

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking a Credit Controller on an initial 12-month contract, with a view to extend, to support BAU requirements.

The role is office-based in the City of London three days a week, on a day-rate inside IR35. You will collect debts, process settlements, reconcile statements and bordereaux, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, using insurance experience, multi-currency handling and SAP.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Multi-currency experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP or similar IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Collection of debts.
• Processing settlements.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparation and reconciliation of statements, invoices and bordereaux.
• Monitoring and clearance of cash received/paid.
• Deal with internal and external enquiries.
