Job summary

Office Angels in London is seeking a Credit Controller to join on a TEMP-PERM basis. The role is hybrid in the City of London, 9am–5pm, ASAP start. You will manage invoices, payments, and credit control, supporting month-end processes and reporting.

You'll work with a friendly finance team, gain exposure across accounts, and benefit from development opportunities and incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within an accounts/finance/credit controller role.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices and contractor timesheets.
• Managing purchase invoices, staff expenses, and reimbursements.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounts software.
• Chasing outstanding payments and managing credit control.
• Setting up new clients and suppliers on the system.
• Preparing VAT returns information and compliance documentation.
• Supporting month-end and year-end reporting.
• Producing basic financial reports for management.
• Liaising with contractors, clients, accountants, and payroll providers.
• Handling compliance documents and assisting with audits.
