Job summary

AmTrust International seeks an Agreement Onboarding Specialist to join our team based out of either our London or Nottingham office. The role focuses on coordinating successful setup of insurance agreements with underwriting, finance, legal and external partners.

The ideal candidate will handle large data sets in insurance, possess strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Intarga/Intrali experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling large data sets in financial or general insurance.
• Understanding of contract management and data quality standards.
• Strong technical capability with Excel and Word; clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end setup of new insurance agreements, renewals, and amendments across systems.
• Coordinate workflow activities across multiple departments and external partners for timely finalisation.
• Ensure BD(X) formats meet contractual requirements and map to Master Data Templates.
• Support system configuration and process improvements with high-quality data and a customer-focused approach.
