Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex large-scale projects or programmes in insurance/underwriting.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver strategy-to-implementation outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic underwriting initiatives across Specialty, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Drive growth and profitability through new products, market expansion, and complex underwriting transactions.
• Provide governance, reporting, and risk/issue management to senior leadership.
• Coordinate governance and planning for Australia Branch to align with strategy and regulation.
• Build cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and portfolio optimisation.
