You will handle data flow within the business to provide efficient service to customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and adherence to internal SLA’s.

Qualifications

• Predominantly admin and Excel focused role supporting the declaration manager.
• Produce MI to evidence productivity.
• Correspond with brokers/underwriters/third parties using standard documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively resolve or elevate any queries from the loading of declarations.
• Ensure that all payments leaving the business are appropriately authorized.
• Adhere to company service standards and procedures, including internal SLA’s.
