Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Manage an allocated caseload of insurance claims.
• Support customers throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external providers.
• Prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Provide clear and professional communication throughout the claims journey.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer service.
• Work collaboratively to support team and business objectives.
• Continue developing technical insurance knowledge and professional skills.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and experience working in a busy customer service environment, either face-to-face or over the telephone. You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving. A willingness to learn, work towards professional insurance qualifications and deliver outstanding customer service will be essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
