Job summary

HelloKindred in London is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with strong insurance industry expertise to drive stakeholder engagement, change readiness, communications, training, and user adoption during a major transformation programme.

The role focuses on helping business teams successfully transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working, with a hybrid setup requiring 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Organizational Change Management within large-scale business or technology transformations.
• Knowledge of insurance operating models across policy, billing, claims, distribution and customer/partner operations.
• Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting transformation involving insurance platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Dynamics 365 or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and user adoption plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies and mitigations.
• Support adoption of new systems, processes, and operating practices across insurance functions.
• Create communications, training materials, workshops and engagement activities for change adoption.
• Apply insurance operations and technology knowledge to support transformation outcomes.
