Job summary

Lloyd’s market insurer is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a varied portfolio of business change initiatives in London. You will own planning, governance, scope, budgets, dependencies and benefits realisation to deliver outcomes aligned with wider business objectives.

Candidates should have experience delivering change within insurance, ideally in the Lloyd’s or London Market, with strong governance and stakeholder-management skills. Hybrid/flexible working is available.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end business change within insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple business change projects from initiation through implementation, transition and benefits realisation.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Translate business requirements into practical, achievable delivery plans.
• Maintain robust project governance, reporting and documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
