Access Insurance, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Broker Assistant to join our Staveley office. You will support new and existing clients, service accounts, and renewals to hit targets while upholding regulatory requirements and high service standards.

You'll be proactive in delivering quality client service, maintaining records, and collaborating with colleagues to meet team goals within a values-driven, charitable group.

Qualifikationen

• Interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and insurers.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain system records for new and existing cases.
• Respond to client and insurer inquiries by phone, letter, or email; issue renewals and documents.
• Process payments (cheque, card, direct debit); issue invoices and update client records.
• Assist with inquiries and referrals from other departments as needed.
• Manage personal and department diary to stay up to date.
