Access Insurance, part of the Benefact Group, is seeking a Broker Assistant for our Staveley office. You will support clients and manage accounts, ensuring renewals are processed and service delivery remains high quality and compliant.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

• Analytical problem-solving to handle queries and referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain system records for new business and existing cases.
• Respond to client and insurer enquiries by phone, letter, or email; issue renewals and documents.
• Process payments by cheque, card, or direct debit; issue invoices and update records.
• Assist with queries and referrals from other departments as needed.
• Manage personal and departmental diary and keep records up to date.
