Clark James Recruitment is partnering with a friendly Insurance broker to recruit an energetic sales professional for a fully office-based role. You will handle new and existing business from commercial clients across cyber, property, motor fleet and construction, gaining insight into the insurance market and progressing through internal training.

The role involves managing renewals, quotes to insurers, claims administration and client-facing duties, with opportunities for progression and CII

Qualifications

• 1 year at least experience in Insurance sales or underwriting OR similar professional sales/customer service role.
• Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
• A good level of literacy

The role will involve dealing with new and existing customers who are businesses so looking for all kinds of Insurance products from cyber to property to motor fleet to construction so there is a real variety.

You'll learn the different types of risks and how to go to Insurers and online portals to obtain quotes as well as looking after existing policies, renewals, claims and much more. Its a great industry to get into.

Essential experience

• 1 year at least experience in Insurance sales or underwriting OR a similar professional sales/customer service role eg estate agency, banking, mobile phone sales etc.
• Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
• A good level of literacy
