Job summary

Access Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is hiring an Insurance Broker to join the new business broking team in Staveley, Chesterfield, supporting charities and not-for-profits across the UK. You will provide jargon-free advice, build client relationships, present tailored quotations, and work to contribute to targets while ensuring compliant, cover-for-purpose solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or financial services with FCA awareness.
• Clear communication from first enquiry to cover arranged.
• Accurate, organised and commercially aware with attention to detail.
• Ambitious and motivated to learn and qualify further.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by converting enquiries into tailored insurance for charities and not-for-profits.
• Build trusted client relationships by understanding activities, risks and priorities.
• Present quotations balancing protection, suitability and value.
• Discuss additional exposures and related products to broaden protection.
• Work in a regulated environment, ensuring cover is arranged and records updated.
