Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a professional and approachable manner. An entry-level CII qualification or a willingness to study toward one is required. The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
