Job summary

Evident is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI maturity initiatives for insurers, advising C-suite and shaping enterprise technology strategy. You will partner with clients to benchmark AI adoption and define actionable roadmaps across (re)insurance lines.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in consulting or insurance, strong analytics, and clear communication, with a track record of owning delivery and influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of consulting and/or insurance industry experience.
• Experience in AI strategy and implementation for insurers.
• Strong analytical and concise written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and refinement of AI maturity framework for insurance.
• Develop indicators, scoring, and models for (re)insurance lines.
• Produce reliable benchmark outputs and evaluate AI use cases.
• Deliver client sessions to C-suite stakeholders.
• Support growth of Evident’s insurance offerings.
