Job summary

Evident, the insurance AI benchmarking leader, seeks a high‑calibre consultant to advise insurers on AI adoption and enterprise strategy. You will elevate Evident’s private benchmarking products, shaping group‑wide AI maturity initiatives and helping clients benchmark progress.

Collaborating with C‑suite stakeholders, you will develop our insurance methodology, deliver evidence‑based insights, and drive growth for our offerings across the market.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of consulting and/or insurance industry experience.
• Experience with AI strategy/implementation for insurers.
• Able to produce strategic, analytical client content.
• Proactively identify opportunities to deliver value to clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine AI maturity framework for insurance and reinsurance.
• Develop indicators, scoring, and models across (re)insurance lines.
• Deliver reliable benchmark outputs and review AI use cases.
• Lead client sessions with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Support expansion of Evident’s insurance offerings and thought leadership.
