You will translate insights into actionable business cases and collaborate with product, Go-to-Market, sales and marketing to drive commercial execution.

Required is extensive strategy experience in Insurance (P&C), an undergraduate business degree, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategy, product, marketing, or market research within Insurance (P&C) sector.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer personas, and workflows in Insurance (P&C).
• Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in AI concepts and using AI tools to streamline workflows and address AI risks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess future growth opportunities across Insurance sub-segments and workflows.
• Analyze demand, competition, industry and regulatory trends, and emergent tech impacting customers' businesses.
• Develop business cases with market size, target customers, segmentation, ARR projections, costs, and viability.
• Translate vision into executable scenarios across growth levers, lines of business, and markets.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and investments, including potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Maintain understanding of Moody's solutions and value propositions.
• Collaborate with product, GTM, sales, and marketing to support commercial execution.
• Contribute to sales and marketing materials and thought leadership content.
