We are supporting a global organisation as they look to appoint an experienced insurance professional to help coordinate and improve their worldwide insurance programmes.
This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of Insurance and offers full remote flexibility.
This would suit someone from a broking, insurer, or in-house risk background who enjoys working with data, driving process improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries.
You will support the Head of Insurance across the full spectrum of global insurance activity, including process improvement, renewals support, programme management, and claims and risk coordination.
Key responsibilities include preparing underwriting data and supporting strategy meetings with brokers, coordinating data for global policies and integrating newly acquired businesses into existing programmes, reviewing claims trends and identifying coverage gaps or overlaps, and supporting premium allocation, budgeting, and currency management.
You will also maintain documentation and manuals, support compliance reporting, and assist with audits and insurance-related tax queries.
Candidates should have experience gained within an insurer, broker, or claims environment, along with an understanding of multinational insurance programmes.
Alongside a strong grasp of insurable risks and risk management fundamentals.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, as is confidence across MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Origami or OneStream would be an advantage but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their exposure to global risk and insurance programmes while working within a collaborative, multinational team.
