Job summary

Davies Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Processing Technician (Reinsurance) based in London to oversee accurate processing and management of reinsurance transactions. You will lead an in-house function, ensure precise data entry, reconcile premiums and claims, and coordinate with brokers, clients and reinsurers to support a fast-growing global risk management operation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with reinsurance systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Several years of reinsurance processing or similar role experience preferred.
• Experience with reinsurance systems and brokers/clients interaction required.

Responsibilities

• Manage reinsurance documentation and data entry with high accuracy.
• Reconcile premiums and claims and maintain financial records.

Senior Processing Technician (Reinsurance)

A growing international broker is seeking an experienced technician to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional reinsurance solutions. Based in London, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the accurate processing and management of reinsurance transactions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within a fast-growing, global organization.

You will be tasked with leading and growing the new function, bringing the processing side of things fully in-house.

The role will be responsible for managing reinsurance documentation, maintaining precise data entry, reconciling premiums and claims, and liaising with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to facilitate seamless communication. Their expertise will support core functions that drive success, helping to uphold a reputation for innovation and excellence in risk management.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in handling data and financial figures

• Experience with reinsurance systems such as Xchanging, PPL, or IBS
• Prior experience in reinsurance or insurance brokerage environments
