Current Opportunity

We are actively seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This role offers full on-the-job training and the chance to obtain industry-recognized qualifications.

About you

• Enjoy engaging with people, listening, and building relationships to understand client needs.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills to tailor solutions for each client.
• No prior experience required; we provide training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
• Have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, motor vehicles, marine, or art, to build rapport and provide optimal solutions.
• Ambitious with a desire to grow; many leaders started as Insurance Advisors.
