Qualifications

• Completed or near-completion of actuarial exams (ASA/FSA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Actuary within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain actuarial models for pricing, reserving, and financial projections.
• Analyze insurance risks and determinePricing strategies for new and existing products.
• Calculate and set reserves for claims and other liabilities.
• Conduct experience studies to analyze mortality, morbidity, and lapse rates.
• Perform asset-liability management analysis.
• Assist in the development of new insurance products and features.
• Ensure compliance with actuarial standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare actuarial reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to capital management and solvency assessments.
• Mentor and guide junior actuaries and actuarial students.
