Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking a qualified actuary for a broad actuarial role spanning Capital, Reserving and Pricing. You will partner closely with Underwriting, Claims and Finance, delivering insight and analysis to support key business decisions.

This position offers variety and the chance to develop expertise across multiple actuarial disciplines within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary (or equivalent actuarial qualification).
• Strong experience in one or more of Capital, Reserving or Pricing within General Insurance.
• Capital modelling experience would be particularly advantageous.
• Experience with actuarial modelling and strong technical skills including R, Python and/or VBA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actuarial analysis across Capital, Reserving, and Pricing activities.
• Work closely with Underwriting, Claims and Finance to provide actionable insights.
