Qualifications

  • Ability to analyse and identify key information.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work under guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Completing standard documents and templates accurately and efficiently.
  • Data entry, updating and maintaining electronic and paper files.
  • Responding promptly to correspondence and inquiries.
  • Supporting departmental reports and updating specific reports (e.g., Warranties, Cash Available, Unallocated Cash).
  • Reconciling accounts and managing cash allocations.
  • Creating and managing statements and financial documents.
  • Assisting with claims and payment transactions following departmental procedures.
