Everywhen is recruiting Insurance Account Handlers to join our friendly, growing teams across the UK. You will manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them from new business through to renewals and acting as the trusted contact for insurers.

Mansioni

• Supporting the day-to-day management of an assigned client portfolio
• Helping achieve retention, cross-selling and referral targets
• Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Acting as the first point of contact for client and insurer enquiries
• Responding proactively to requests and resolving issues efficiently
• Checking insurer documentation and resolving discrepancies before issuing to clients
• Maintaining accurate client records in line with company processes and regulatory requirements
• Delivering a professional and responsive service via phone, email and other channels
