Job summary

PIB Group in Halifax seeks a proactive Insurance Client Services Assistant to support client relationships, gather information and prepare quotations. Full training provided; previous insurance experience is not essential.

You will develop strong admin skills, use Microsoft Office, and contribute to delivering a professional, efficient service to clients while working in a supportive, growing team. As you progress, you will engage with insurers and clients, learn about commercial insurance

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and build a career in insurance and client servicing.
• Strong administration skills with excellent accuracy, attention to detail, organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Determine and place suitable commercial insurance solutions, reviewing policy and client information.
• Deliver high-quality client service, advising on arrangements, handling queries efficiently, and keeping clients updated on market changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, insurers and external specialists.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
