Job summary
ALTEN is seeking an Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer to join our Energy & Utilities team in the UK, delivering long-term projects across critical infrastructure. You will support OT systems including SCADA/HMI platforms and industrial control systems, with opportunities to specialise in OT Cyber Security within regulated industries.

Qualifications
- Experience with industrial control systems, OT, PLCs, SCADA, DCS or process control environments.
- Understanding of instrumentation systems, control loops, sensors, actuators and field equipment.
- Experience across the project lifecycle: design, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across full OT/I&C lifecycle from requirements through commissioning and maintenance.
- Assist design, testing, validation and configuration management of industrial control systems.
- Support reliability, safety and performance through operational activities.
