Job summary

Barnsley Music Service is seeking a Guitar Tutor to join an outstanding team of music tutors, working with talented young people across schools in Barnsley.

The role is part-time permanent, with teachers’ terms and conditions and pay during school holidays; you will teach guitar and ukulele to classes and smaller groups in primary and secondary settings, contributing to inclusive music education across the borough.

• Teach Guitar/Ukulele to whole classes of around 30 Key Stage 2 age children in primary schools
• Teach Guitar to small groups (3-4 children) and individuals in primary and secondary schools throughout the borough
