Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an Instructor – Construction to support practical teaching at Wycombe Campus. You will work in well‑equipped workshops, helping learners develop essential construction skills across levels and contribute to high‑quality teaching and learning.

The role requires practical, organised and safety‑minded individuals who can assist staff and students with workshops, promote a positive learning environment and ensure conduct standards are upheld.

• Support learners to achieve their best in construction and building services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workshops through liaison with the lecturer and Curriculum Manager to ensure they are equipped and ready for planned practical sessions.
• Support students in the workshops and during self-directed study, in the presence or absence of the tutor.
• Provide a clean, tidy welcoming learning environment for Construction & Building Services learners.
• Ensure that students abide by the College Code of Conduct and their behaviour is appropriate.

We are looking for an Instructor– Construction & Building Services to join our team and play a vital role in supporting high‑quality practical teaching and learning across our Construction provision at Wycombe Campus.

The successful candidate will be required to:
