Plexus is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop effective, accessible e-learning assets and curricula using ADDIE. You will collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, and site teams to deliver engaging training across locations, ensuring learner comprehension and alignment with brand guidelines.

You will configure initial training deployments in the LMS, collect evaluation data, and drive continuous content improvements while supporting translation workflows and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, learning sciences, HR, communications, education, or related field.
