Plexus is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop effective, accessible training assets using ADDIE. You will create e-learning modules and collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, and LMS specialists to deliver learning experiences that meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities include learner analysis, gap identification, content translation planning, storyboard development, and maintaining shared documentation and rollout communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Experience using Articulate 360 Suite for e-learning development.
• Ability to translate content into multiple languages.

Responsabilités

• Apply ADDIE and create scalable e-learning modules and assessments.
• Map learner groups, identify content gaps, and plan translations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and site teams to review drafts and manage timelines.
• Manage training projects from inception through launch and track progress.
• Configure LMS deployments and draft rollout communications.
• Collect evaluation data to support improvements and content updates.
