Job summary

SUEZ is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions that align with business priorities. You will analyze training needs, collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and create engaging content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia and LMS platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years' e-learning content development experience, proficiency with Word/PowerPoint/Excel and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 3–5 years' experience in e-learning content development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering self-guided digital learning programmes, with strong knowledge of learning principles, learner engagement and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, together with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Photoshop, Vyond and Camtasia.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality digital learning and e-learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts, project teams and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, multimedia content and learning materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia and LMS platforms.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, accuracy and on-time delivery while continuously evaluating and improving learning effectiveness.
• Support the creation, publication and maintenance of digital learning content, providing guidance on best practice where content is developed collaboratively.
