Job summary

SUEZ is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop and deliver high-quality digital learning and e-learning solutions aligned to business priorities. You will analyze training needs, collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and create engaging learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia.

You will manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in e-learning content development.
• Experience designing self-guided digital learning programmes and using learning principles.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, LMS platforms, Photoshop, Vyond and Camtasia.
• Strong communication and project management skills; ability to work independently and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality digital learning aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Create storyboards and multimedia content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia and LMS.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support publication and maintenance of digital learning content; advise on best practices.
