Job summary

Une agence de formation numérique primée recherche un Designer d'Apprentissage Immersif pour un contrat de 12 mois afin de créer des solutions d'apprentissage engageantes. Vous serez responsable de la conception, de la narration et de la collaboration avec divers intervenants pour produire des expériences d'apprentissage personnalisées et immersives. Qualifications

• Expérience prouvée dans la conception d'apprentissage immersif et interactif.
• Antécédents solides auprès de fournisseurs d'apprentissage globaux.
• Connaissance des outils de support à la performance est un plus.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Lead learning design from discovery and ideation through to scripting and storyboarding.
• Collaborate closely with internal developers and designers to bring immersive solutions to life.
• Work directly with stakeholders to shape project goals, tone, and structure.
• Design engaging, interactive, and narrative-driven learning experiences.
• Apply modern learning principles, especially simulation, gamification, AR/VR, and mobile-first design.
• Uphold the agency’s commitment to tailored, non-templated learning products.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in designing immersive and interactive digital learning.
• A strong background in global learning vendors or agencies.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with AR/VR, performance support tools, and point-of-performance learning is a plus.
• A wide variety of industry and client knowledge (due to the sheer variety of clients you would work with).
• A willingness to learn the agency’s internal practices and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
