Job summary
Benifex Limited is seeking two highly skilled Instructional Designers to transform static content into modern, autonomous digital learning experiences. You will blend instructional design with visual design and learning technologies to deliver certification-based pathways within our LMS.
Ideal candidates have proven experience across end-to-end learning programmes, certification frameworks and extensive knowledge of LMS and SCORM.

- Strong portfolio of modern digital learning solutions and end-to-end programmes.
- Experience transforming technical content into engaging learner experiences.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, SCORM packaging and assessment design.

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designers to transform existing static learning content into engaging, modern, autonomous digital learning experiences.
We are looking for proven Instructional Design professionals with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to design, develop and deploy end-to-end learning experiences. Successful candidates will combine instructional design expertise, visual design capability, digital content production skills, and a deep understanding of learning technologies.
The primary objective of these roles is to convert existing documentation, presentations, process guides and subject matter expertise into structured learning pathways that sit within our LMS, culminating in certification programmes, assessments and knowledge validation activities.
The successful candidates will help establish the learning experience standards, visual identity and quality benchmarks across our LMS ecosystem, acting as brand champions for all learner-facing content.
Analyse existing learning materials and transform them into engaging digital learning pathways.
Apply recognised Instructional Design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy and Adult Learning Principles.
Create learning solutions that maximise knowledge retention, learner engagement and business impact.
Design learning journeys that progressively build capability and culminate in certification and assessment outcomes.
Develop eLearning content using industry-leading authoring tools.
Create interactive modules, simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, explainer videos and microlearning assets.
Produce professional-quality multimedia learning content for both synchronous and asynchronous delivery.
Ensure learning content is accessible, scalable and maintainable.
Design meaningful knowledge checks throughout learning programmes.
Build summative and formative assessments.
Create certification exams and accreditation pathways.
Measure knowledge acquisition and learner performance against defined objectives.
Package and publish SCORM-compliant content.
Ensure content is optimised for LMS delivery and reporting.
Collaborate on learning pathway architecture and programme structure.
Maintain consistency of user experience across the learning platform.
Act as a champion for the Benifex learning brand.
Ensure visual consistency, usability and quality across all learning assets.
Apply strong graphic design principles to improve learner experience and engagement.
Establish and maintain content standards, templates and design guidelines.
Work with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and convert it into effective learning experiences.
Challenge content where appropriate to ensure learner-centred design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.
Proven experience working as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer (LXD), eLearning Designer or similar role.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing modern digital learning solutions.
Extensive experience designing end-to-end learning programmes.
Experience creating certification pathways and assessment frameworks.
Strong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning methodologies.
Experience transforming complex technical or business content into engaging learner experiences.
Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within SaaS, technology, benefits, HR, financial wellbeing or software environments.
Experience creating product learning, onboarding and certification programmes.
Experience supporting large-scale employee or customer education initiatives.
