We’re looking for a creative and technically confident Digital Content & Training Developer to join our Training team and help us develop engaging, high‑quality digital learning content across our growing training portfolio.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys turning ideas and subject‑matter expertise into content that people actually want to engage with.
You could be planning and producing a training video one day, developing graphics or digital learning content the next, and working with trainers and subject‑matter experts to turn complex information into something clear, visual and easy to understand.
You’ll support content from the initial idea and planning stage right through to final delivery, choosing the right format for the learning objective rather than taking a one‑size‑fits‑all approach.
Our Learning Management System is continuing to grow and evolve, so you’ll also play an important part in helping us build a more dynamic and scalable learning platform for our students and clients.
We don’t necessarily need you to arrive as an LMS expert. If you have strong multimedia and digital‑content skills, with experience managing content or assets through platforms such as a CMS, website, YouTube or similar, we can develop the LMS side with you.
You’ll sit within our Training function and work closely with our LMS Coordinator, trainers and subject‑matter experts.
The LMS Coordinator owns the overall administration, configuration and technical development of the platform. Your focus will be on the content that sits within it – creating, developing and improving the learning experiences our customers and students interact with.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who isn’t fazed by being asked to create different types of content.
You’ll be comfortable being given an objective or brief and working out the best way to bring it to life, whether that means written content, video, graphics, interactive learning or a combination of formats.
We’re open on background and level. You might already be working in digital learning, multimedia, video or content production, or you could be earlier in your career but able to demonstrate strong creative and technical capability and the potential to grow into the wider role.
Nice to Have
Our talent acquisition team will be in touch if you're successful, the team will arrange a short screening call (max 30 minutes) to learn more about you, and what you are looking for and answer any questions you may have. If all goes well, the team will share your profile with the hiring manager for review. Our interview process is tailored to each role but typically the first half of the process is run remotely with a final stage on-site.
As an inclusive employer, please inform us if you require any reasonable adjustments.
