  • Collaborate across departments to understand training requirements and align learning content with real operational workflows.
  • Deliver Content at Scale by producing modular, reusable learning assets that support both internal training and future customer-facing education, that focus on learning in the flow of work.
  • Support Continuous Improvement by testing, iterating, and gathering feedback on learning experiences to enhance outcomes.
  • Champion Best Practice in instructional design and digital learning, staying current with evolving tools, methods, and learner preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional learning design, digital learning, or L&D content development role.
  • Brings a strong command of Articulate 360 and Adobe tools, with the ability to create polished, professional digital learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles (e.g. Blooms Taxonomy or similar) and experience working with storyboards and learning wireframes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with video-based learning tools such as Synthesia or similar platforms.
  • Video editing skills using Camatasia or Adobe tools.
  • Experience working with field service management software (e.g. Joblogic or similar).

  • Work in a growing tech-led company where ideas and ownership are valued.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid working model, competitive salary, and the chance to make a genuine impact.
