Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Leicester seeks an in-store visual merchandiser to create engaging product displays that bring the brand to life. You will use current trends to develop window and in-store displays, supporting commercial objectives and store performance.

You will follow briefs, refresh displays with seasonal campaigns, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high visual standards and effective promotions.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising or retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Merchandising

• Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement these within your store.
• Create engaging displays that enhance the customer experience and support commercial performance.
• Ensure mannequins, displays and window presentations are refreshed in line with seasonal trends, campaigns and key events within the retail calendar.
• Implement and maintain in-store promotions through the effective use of POS materials.
• Analyse store data and performance reports to support product placement decisions and floor moves.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards across all areas of the store.

Training & Development

• Support and share visual merchandising best practice with colleagues across the store.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate visual merchandising activity, feedback and opportunities to the Town Merchandiser.
