Job summary

LPP Reserved UK is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to bring our collections to life in-store, crafting engaging displays and a premium shopping experience for customers.

You will implement the global VM direction, maintain high shop-floor standards, train the team, and collaborate with Store Management to drive sales and KPI performance.

Flexibility for launches and seasonal changes, including nights and bank holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• A passion for fashion and visual merchandising.
• Previous visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to support sales.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, proactive and able to take direction.
• Good written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and campaigns in line with Head Office direction.
• Maintain high visual standards across shop floor, windows and mannequins.
• Create commercially strong displays to showcase our collections and drive sales.
• Ensure visual tools, fixtures and props are used effectively and maintained.
• Work with Lead VM and Store Management, providing feedback on performance and opportunities.
• Support and train the store team on new collections and VM standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and the customer journey.
• Maintain shop floor standards while supporting loss prevention and Health & Safety.
• Carry out key holder responsibilities per company procedures.
• Be flexible to support launches, sales changes, bank holidays and occasional night shifts.

We are looking for a creative, fashion-conscious and self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail and a commercial mindset to join our fast-growing team!

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To drive store sales and KPIs by:

• Contributing to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets
• Ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the global visual merchandising direction in assigned store

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and campaigns in line with Head Office direction
• Maintain high visual standards across the shop floor, windows and mannequin displays
• Create commercially strong displays that showcase our collections and support store sales performance
• Ensure visual tools, fixtures and props are used effectively and maintained to a high standard
• Work closely with the Lead VM and Store Management team, providing feedback on store performance, visual opportunities and competitor activity
• Support and train the store team on new collections, product stories and visual merchandising standards
• Use commercial awareness and store performance to identify opportunities to improve product presentation and the customer journey
• Maintain excellent shop floor standards while supporting product loss prevention and Health & Safety requirements
• Carry out key holder responsibilities in line with company procedures
• Be flexible to support new launches and sale changes, including bank holidays and occasional night shifts

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• A passion for fashion and visual merchandising
• Previous visual merchandising experience is preferred
• A creative eye with excellent attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how visual merchandising can support sales. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident working independently and using your own initiative
• A strong team player who can follow direction, take feedback and communicate effectively
• Good written and verbal English skills
