Day to day

As an Installations and Service Technician, you’ll work alongside the projects and operations team, installing, commissioning, and maintaining LED / AV / Screens and systems at client sites across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Building and installing AV and rack-based systems.
2. Maintaining, servicing, and upgrading technical equipment.
3. Researching, designing, and developing proof of concepts/solutions for innovative projects.
4. Managing incidents and faults, documenting progress, and escalating issues when necessary.
