Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking a Site Installation Manager to lead on-site installation activities, coordinating with sales, project management and engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant and on-time delivery of projects.

You will develop installation methodologies, RAMS, allocate resources, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and best practices, while mentoring installation teams to meet quality standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in site installation management or on-site project coordination.
• Strong understanding of RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with sales, PM and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Liaise, plan, coordinate and manage site installation activities on site.
• Ensure on-site designs are delivered safely, to quality standards and within budgets.
• Develop installation methodologies and SOPs; create RAMS and project documentation.
• Mentor installation teams and handle management and disciplinary issues where required.

Ensuring that designs are FFP, site conditions / constraints are understood and considered when sold, designed, delivered & installed.

The Site Installation Manager, working with the sales team, project managers, engineering team is responsible for liaising, planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of projects specific site installation activities on site. Ensuring that designs are FFP, site conditions / constraints are understood and considered when sold, designed, delivered & installed.

Working closely with the Sales, Engineering, Project Management at the front end of projects to ensure all projects are sold and designed that are deliverable and can be installed safely, and efficiently.

Working with the project and installation teams and managing / mentoring the site Installation Teams, to ensure that all projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, efficiently, on time and within budgets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing installation methodologies/ processes, create RAMS, manage site resources, create project-specific documentation as & when required, and drive continuous improvement through the development of and evolving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and installation best practices, ensuring installation team members are trained and certified accordingly and handling management and disciplinary issues.
