Installation Technician - Shading Solutions

Location: Poole, with travel across the South of England

Salary: Up to £35,000 + generous holiday entitlement

Broadview, the South’s premier shading specialist, is seeking 1–2 motivated individuals to join our growing team. Experience with awnings, pergolas, blinds, shutters, or curtains is highly desirable. However, we also welcome candidates from strong maintenance, carpentry or handyman backgrounds.

This varied role includes on-site installations and occasional assembly/factory work at our Poole head office. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, well-presented, and eager to learn. A “can-do” attitude is crucial, along with the ability to deliver high-quality, customer-facing demonstrations. Flexibility to work overtime during weekdays—and occasional Saturday mornings—is required.

In return, we offer a salary of up to £35,000 per year, excellent holiday allowance, and after a successful trial period, a company van and tools.
