ESP Fitness is looking for several hands-on, mechanically minded technicians to join our team. From assembling equipment in our workshop to installing high-end gyms around the world, no two days are the same.

Role Overview

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll assemble, install, and service ESP’s high-performance products on-site across the UK and internationally. You’ll support operations, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues to ensure every installation is flawless.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, service, and repair fitness equipment to the highest standards
• Lead on-site installations across the UK and internationally
• Maintain workshop tools, stock, and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Work with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Assist with feedback and testing of new and existing products

Qualifications & Requirements

• 13 years experience in assembly, installation, or technical roles
• CSCS card desirable
• Full UK driving licence, access to a car
• Forklift licence desirable
• Passport required international travel expected
• Health & safety aware
