Job summary

Livity Life Ltd in Liverpool TEC Service Centre is hiring an Installation Technician to deliver, install and collect TEC equipment at customers' homes and related sites across Liverpool. You will also service and repair equipment as part of a motivated team.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Company van provided, 33 days holiday plus 5 unpaid days, pension scheme, life assurance and a rewards scheme with 200+ perks and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work off their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Previous relevant experience is preferable however full training will be provided
• You must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points
• You must be able to load and unload goods some of which may be heavy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
• Previous PAT testing experiences an advantage, but training can be provided
• Previous van driving experience would be beneficial
• You must be comfortable working with vulnerable people across our counties
• Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

We have an exciting opportunity for an Installation Technician to join the team within our LiverpoolTechnology Enabled Care (TEC) Service Centre based in Liverpool. Livity Life work in partnership with the local authority to supply TEC solutions to support people in their day-to-day life. This TEC service provides the assessment of service users’ care technology needs all the way through to the installation, maintenance and review of technology equipment.

As an Installation Technician with us you will be responsible for the delivery, installation and collection of TEC equipment within people’s homes and associated locations across Liverpool. You will also be involved in the servicing and repair of equipment.

What are we looking for?
