Location: Alfreton Office - DE55 7RG

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

The Opportunity

We're currently looking for an Installation & Planning Coordinator to join our busy Sales and Marketing team based at our Alfreton office!

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with installation partners and customers to arrange product installations
• Planning and scheduling installations using internal business systems
• Completing and distributing documentation with precision and accuracy
• Resolving queries and identifying effective solutions
• Coordinating product dispatch and keeping all stakeholders updated
• Maximising installation opportunities
• Ensuring all post-installation documentation is received and actioned appropriately
  
  

In this role, you'll see each customer through the full journey - from planning to completion - making sure their experience is as smooth and positive as possible.

• A well-organised planning professional with a passion for outstanding customer service
• Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused
• A clear and confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet usage
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• A logical, process-driven mindset
• The ability to follow set procedures while going above and beyond for the customer
