Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring for Installation Operations to coordinate installation activities, manage resources, and uphold high service standards for customers. You will plan and oversee projects, work with internal teams and external partners, and monitor progress to prevent delays.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of installation operations experience, with travel to various installation sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation operations, field service management, or a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce, logistics, or technology company.
• Proven ability to manage complex installation projects from planning to completion.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and field service principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation of various JD.com products and solutions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to optimize installation processes.
• Monitor installation progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or customer dissatisfaction.
• Manage installation resources, including equipment, tools, and personnel, to ensure efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement installation best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
