JD.com, Inc. is seeking an Installation Operation Specialist to manage electrical and EV installation services across the UK. You will set installation standards, audit work, and provide technical guidance to installers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

You will develop SOPs, train teams, and help scale operations from Luton to additional UK locations, coordinating with operations, quality, and HR teams to improve performance.

Formación

• Strong hands-on electrical installation experience in domestic/commercial settings.
• Experience conducting installation audits and quality inspections.
• Ability to lead, train and onboard installation teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operational and technical management of electrical and EV installation services.
• Ensure all installations meet UK electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Audit completed and ongoing installations to maintain high workmanship and service levels.
• Provide technical guidance and remedial support for complex issues.
• Develop installation SOPs, quality standards, and compliance processes.
• Support recruitment, assessment and onboarding of installers.
• Deliver training and competency assessments for teams.
• Monitor installer performance, quality, and customer service levels.
• Assist expansion of operations from Luton to other UK locations.
