Job summary

Stannah Group in Birmingham is seeking a Stairlift Installation Manager to oversee installation operations and removals, ensuring health and safety, quality, and customer service.

You will lead installation teams, drive continuous improvements, and manage site activities, with 39 hours per week across Mon-Thu and Fri. Prior stairlift installation and testing experience is desirable. UK driving licence and safety qualifications preferred.

Stairlift Installation Manager Jobs in Birmingham at Stannah - Join Our Team!

Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Stairlift Installation Manager to join the Operations Department based at our Birmingham Install Depot covering Birmingham and surrounding area.

This role will involve managing all aspects of stairlift installations and removals, ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality, productivity, and customer service are consistently achieved. You will lead and support installation teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function.

As the Stairlift Installation Manager, you will work 39 hours 0800-1645 Monday to Thursday 0800-1545 Friday. This is a permanent position.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced installation professional with strong leadership skills who is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and customer-focused organisation.

To be successful as the Stairlift Installation Manager, it is desirable that you have previous experience in stairlift installation and testing, along with a strong understanding of health & safety standards and legislation. Experience in leading teams and implementing operational improvements would also be highly desirable.
