Boon Edam Ltd in Ashford, Kent is seeking an Installation Office Manager to lead the Install Desk, coordinating project administration, labour planning and reporting to ensure on-time delivery of UK installation projects.

You will manage SAP-based project administration, develop a high-performing team, and work closely with Project Managers, Finance and Logistics to optimise processes and deliver excellent customer outcomes, with hybrid working after an initial settling period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational management or office management.
• Experience leading an administration or project support team.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with installation, construction or project-based operations.
• Ability to interpret and present management information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Install Desk operation to support delivery of installation projects across the UK.
• Motivate and develop the Install Desk team; set objectives and performance expectations.
• Oversee labour planning to deploy technicians and subcontractors efficiently.
• Manage SAP-based project administration: variations, margin adjustments, applications and final accounts.
• Generate management reports covering revenue forecasts, project performance and labour utilisation.
• Support month-end activities including turnover reporting and final project billing reviews.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and external partners.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance and Logistics to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop high-performing teams and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
